All of us on the Steering Committee of the Cohousing Research Network (CRN) attended the 2019 National Cohousing Conference in Portland.
Report Out: Thank you for stopping by to say Hi and introducing yourself. We engaged with the vast majority of conference attendees at our exhibitor table, hosting our research network social and at our standing-room only conference session where we presented our latest findings. We met many new folks who are interested in research and invited you all to tell us what you think our next big project needs to be! We had a blast – Thanks.
Our 2019 Conference Presentation (Attendance: 103!)
The Latest Findings from the Cohousing Research Network.
CRN seeks to strengthen the rigor and reach of Cohousing research. In this session, CRN researchers: Heidi Berggren, Diane Margolis, Chuck Maclane and Angela Sanguinetti will present their latest theories and findings, including what Cohousing teaches us about managing “the commons”, results from recent nation-wide Cohousing surveys, and comparisons between Cohousing, conventional condominiums, and co-living.
Here is the slide deck we showed at our presentation!
